DIMOCO members meet with local commissioner

On June 6, 2013 The board members of DIMOCO met with Sherley Brown, a local commissioner of Garr Bain District, where Dingamo is located. During this meeting many progressive ideas were put forth. The commissioner expressed both interest and support for DIMOCO's projects and informed its members of the various projects the Liberian government has underway, including the building of more public schools as well as a feeder road system linking towns within the clan. The commissioner also spoke of her desire to further develop a local waterfall in the area into a recreational park with ability to attract tourists. DIMOCO's hopes for the future is to maintain the integrity of good relationship, to form a strong partnership, with those who seek the best interest of Dingamo. The organization thanked commissioner Shirley for her time and extended appreciation to the Liberian government for all it is doing to improve the country.
